The H. Upmann cigars can actually be found in two separate companies that share the same name. The first of these is manufactured in Cuba and the other is made in the Dominican Republic. It is interesting to note, however, that there are some rumors that John Kennedy had his press secretary order him a large supply of H. Upmann cigars on the night before the trade embargo went into effect. This shows you the popularity of this particular cigar and if you ever have the opportunity to try one for yourself, you would no doubt agree that it is one of the better smokes that are available.
