    A mental health coach, or a counselor, works in professional organizations and is highly educated in the behavioral sciences. Many have a complete education in psychology and motivational studies. These coaches understand human behavior, needs, and desires. When an employee has a poor mental health state, it can affect the rest of the company. This can then turn into very difficult situations for the company as a whole.

    The final goal is to determine an overview of the general mental health of an organization. This is not just accomplished by interviewing an individual, but as the sum over all employees. Once everything has been collected and common factors investigated, and a decision is made. Is the industry at least partially responsible for the troubles of employees?

    There is a high probability that you will observe a sort of mental health issue within your organization. Mental coaching can help an individual as well as an organization. Understanding that employees who have a high level of mental health on the job will also have a high level of productivity is of primary importance.
