There will come a time in your life when you are going to lose that person you love because the relationship has come to an end. Certainly not only will you find it hard but also your partner will as well, but just how difficult it will be depends on what caused the relationship to break up in the first place. Remember just like children a relationship will only flourish if it is nurtured properly. So you need to make sure that you provide your partner with plenty of love and attention to make sure that you don't lose them.

Although a relationship may come to an end, sometimes either one or both of the people involved it choose to try and win the other one back. However, what you should be doing is taking a step back and just let things stand as they are for the time being. Sometimes actually agreeing to ending a relationship turns out to be the best thing you can do and you may find that using a little reverse psychology on your lover helps to win them back. So as soon as the relationship has ended start to show your lover just how positive a step it has been for you and you can look forward to a better future without them.

Certainly the worse thing any person can do after they have broken up recently with someone is to act all needy. As the saying goes "no one needs the needy". The quickest way of turning your lover off is by acting all clingy and showing that you can't cope with letting them go. Yes dealing with the breakup of a relationship can be extremely difficult, but don't let them know this and if you do need to cry and scream do it behind closed doors.

When it comes to you trying to rebuild that relationship with the person you love then you should close doors on communicating with them. This may seem like a bad idea as many people will say that the key to a successful relationship is that the couple are able to communicate. However, by having little or no contact with your lover is often the best thing one can do, and a break is just what either of you may need. Once the break has happened then there may be occasions when your lover will see just how much they miss and will want you back, but this isn't always going to be the case.

Also after the break up has occurred don't spend time sulking at home on your own, instead what you should be doing is getting out with your friends and having some fun. As they say laughter is often the best cure for whatever ails you, and this includes someone who has a broken heart. Also you don't even need to start dating or going out with someone who could be a possible new love interest for you. As mentioned you just need to go out with your friends and have some fun and be happy.

Also if you think that by changing who you are will help to win back your lover then think again. A lot of relationships will end because either one or both people have become bored with the other and have made the decision it is time for a change. It is often these people who have forgotten the reason why they fell in love with you in the first place and making changes to who you are won't actually make them change their mind. Rather instead if you want to try and win them back work on those areas of you that they like and which made them fall in love with you.

But in the end it really is up to your lover whether they come back to you or not. You cannot actually force a person to love you or force them into keeping on loving you. Of all the emotions a person feels love is one of the most powerful and is something that you should toy with, no matter what.
