Also if you do intend to visit Disneyland at the height of the summer season then it is crucial you book well in advance to make sure that you get the accommodation you want. Leaving it too late and you may find yourself having to do with second best. Although it is warm in Orlando, throughout the summer rain and thunderstorms do occur and this can seriously hamper your enjoyment. As soon as it begins to rain heavily or a thunderstorm occurs then for safety reasons all rides will cease to run and you may find yourself having to come back at another time or day to get on that ride you wanted to go on. It is not just the rides at Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood which will be stopped during inclement weather but also those to be found at Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. So you need to make arrangements to do other things or see certain shows when the weather does turn a little for the worse during your stay. When it comes to enjoying the rides at Disneyland, Orlando there are certain things one can do to make sure that you don't stand in queues for hours on end.
