The characteristics I want from a Home Based Business are:

1. Have the potential for a 5 figure monthly income

2. Be very inexpensive to start up

3. Have a very short learning curve to get up and going

4. It should require very little interfacing with people outside the home

5. Not require personal recruiting of others to "JOIN ME"

6. Get me profitable in a very short time frame

7. The income should be recurring and continual

I have not found many Home Based Businesses that provide these benefits? My Real Estate Investment activities produced a fortune but was people intensive. My traditional MLM/Network Marketing efforts were disastrous; after failing ten times and losing about $10,000, I threw in the towel. I expect that MLM utilizing the INTERNET might be a completely different story.

Most of them use a repeatable system.
