Life is unfair. A bold statement but a true one especially when it refers to how we lose and weight. Gaining weight is not an unpleasant or difficult activity. In fact, it's so easy to pack on pounds of body fat. There are no goal settings, watching calories, exercises or personal trainers. All we have to do is eat what we want, when we want. Just eat. What matters is that permanent weight loss starts and ends with you.
Love Yourself
A mother loves her children unconditionally. Do you love yourself unconditionally? Warts and all, you are who you are and that goes beyond being a Mom. Losing pregnancy weight must start with being able to accept the "you" outside and the "you" inside. Whether, you are in or out of shape, true happiness is accepting and loving you.

Going beyond your physical appearance to address the entire person is the healthy way to lose the pregnancy weight for good. Love can conquer anything and pregnancy weight is no exception. So, by loving yourself you will be able to make the shift to living a healthier lifestyle. And knowing who you are will help you to avoid the pit falls that can set you back and to acknowledge the blessings that can propel you forward.
