    Are there truly some miracle foods that will burn belly fat? Has the world finally discovered food that will actually melts the pounds away, by simply sitting down to meals and eating them?

    When you pause for a moment and consider that, millions of individuals are on weight loss diets, trying to lose those extra inches around the waist; finding a food source that burns fat is not something to dismiss, without further investigation.

    I with I was writing to tell you that all the sweet things now burn fat, but I am not.

    The real fat burning foods are the nutritious foods that you need to claim as your main food source, instead of the junk foods.

    This is no lie, fat burning foods is food that your body has to work hard at to digest, the way your body was originally made. They will cause your metabolic rate to increase to burn calories. This increased metabolism is like internal exercise, which means that calories are being burned.

    Junk food is already processed, so your body's metabolism has to do very little work to digest it.

    Because processed foods are already broken down your body has no real exercise to digest the food, it is literally a piece of cake for your body to process a piece of cake because it can break it down quickly. The empty calories are sent directly to your fat cells and your body becomes sluggish and lazy, resulting in a slow metabolic rate.

    Next time you are in the supermarket, look at the canned fruit and vegetables. Take a good look at the label and see what had been added.

    You will be shocked at the sweeteners, chemicals and salt that is added to canned food.

    Portion sizes are very important, and so is having a balanced meal. Not only does it make your body work harder, longer and faster to burn calories, but you will loose weight eating these whole grains, lean meat and fruits and vegetables.

    You have to learn to set limits for yourself, you cannot eat till you're full because then you will not lose inches.

    Letting your "I am still hungry" mentality, then eating more, is not a part of the weight loss plan. If you give yourself a chance, after eating your meals, with less food than you have been eating, works; without you craving more.

    If you still crave food after you have eaten, wait for 20 minutes. Your brain will catch up and the food craving would have disappeared.

    If you follow the rules above and include whole foods and fresh fruit and vegetables and still get in 25 minutes of aerobic exercises a couple of times a week, your metabolism will increase and you will lose weight faster.
