    B6 vitamin is very important for the immune system and growth of all cells. This one can be found in fish, chick peas, lean meats, peanut butter, bananas, and a long list of others.

    Vitamin K is important for bone growth, and blood coagulation. It is in foods such as: Parsley, broccoli, and mayonnaise. Bioflavonoids can be found in many red foods such as, wines, grapes, strawberries, and raspberries and is believed to help make the cell walls of veins and capillaries stronger.

    Fiber is important for any diet for its cleansing nature on the body. Fiber is easily found in: whole grains, fresh fruits, and also fresh vegetables.

    In addition, avoiding salt, and drinking plenty of water can assist you in avoiding varicose veins, and will improve your general health too. Water is essential for your body, helping it heal and become stronger. Hydration can be maintained through other liquids, but water is believed to be the best. Avoid sugar and sodium in other beverages.
