Everytime people say that Fibromyalgia is just a medical term for being lazy, it gives the accusing suggestion that lazy people now can hide behind a vaguely legitimate illness to excuse their laziness.
Well, news flash - it's no excuse.
Fibromyalgia is a very serious condition and can affect all sorts of people, from soldiers, working moms, to very busy individuals. As people get older, the more they are prone to the illness.
Some individuals who have experienced traumatic incidents, like car crashes, have developed Fibromyalgia. I'm sure they will not appreciate it if people think of them as simply "lazy".
Fibromyalgia is for real - for active people who spend more time and effort doing their tasks at night, the illness prevents them from having a good night's sleep. Fibromyalgia sufferers need to sleep for at least eight or nine hours to avoid from suffering the symptoms the next day. However, the symptoms make it hard for sufferers to sleep that long.
When these active people are suffering from the disease and can't even do the simplest of activites, it's very sad. And it get's even more pitiful when other people, who have no idea what these sufferers are going through, easily claim them to be only lazy.
Absolutely insane.
That's one reason why I developed my Fibromyalgia Program - to give sufferers freedom from its crippling symptoms. And this doesn't equate to the short-lived freedom that medication after medication gives - I'm talking about freedom from Fibromyalgia pain and fatigue for the rest of your life.
And not to mention, proving your critics wrong by showing them how active you really are.
My Fibromyalgia Program gets rid of the pain and fatigue without any serious, life-changing practices. It only takes a few minutes a day to do the exercises and you are on your way to freedom. These exercises will bring more oxygen to the muscles, which is the reason for the problem in the first place.
Try the program, and join the dozens and dozens of my satisfied clients who are now out proving the naysayers wrong.
Warm regards,
Christian Goodman
