Jesse Cannone has been helping people reach their fitness goals since 1996. With a special interest in people with ailments from stroke recovery to Parkinson's disease, Jesse has become an expert in the treatment of back pain. Not only has Jesse founded The Healthy Back Institute, he's also an accomplished author.
Jesse Cannone has been a contributor for a number of magazines and websites like eDiets.com and "Men's Fitness". His bi-monthly newsletter is called "Get Healthy and Fit News", but he's also written books. Two of his most popular writings are "Burn Fat Fast" and "Lose the Back Pain System".
Fitness didn't start as a passion for Jesse. Actually, he began body building due to poor self esteem. Once he got started, he was hooked. He realized how much he enjoyed fitness, and he wanted to bring this love to other people. He started out by working as a certified fitness trainer in gyms, but later began selling informational products like books and audios.
After topping out in the gym trainer career path, Jesse Cannone decided to venture out on his own. Unfortunately, this was only days before the Tragedy of September 11th happened. All but one of Jesse's regular clients left. He was left with minimal income and maxed out credit cards. As luck would have it, the book "Multiple Streams of Income" was knocking as Jesse's door.
Jesse didn't have a business background, but after reading the book, he decided to take the plunge with a $5,000 how-to course. He knew he needed to find money fast because he had a wife and seven children to feed. His plunge did the trick, and he never looked back. Now he has many successful businesses.
Do what you love! It's been Jesse Cannone's motto for years. You'll never be happy, and you'll never have an income to match your full potential if you're doing something you don't truly enjoy. Jesse didn't start out in fitness, so perhaps you haven't found your passion yet either. If you have, Jesse would tell you to follow your heart.
Doing what you love is a little misleading. Perhaps you love helping animals. That doesn't mean you'll enjoy a desk job in the animal control department of the local police station. Find something fun. Volunteer at a zoo or shelter. Jesse doesn't enjoy walking on treadmills. He'd much rather be out mountain biking!
Don't look at your problems as problems. Look at them as challenges. Whether that challenge is figuring out your passion or just getting healthy, you first need to change your perception of the problem and then educate yourself about it as much as possible. Enjoy your life, and live it to the fullest!
