Carefully inspect your dishes as well. You never want to serve guests on plates that are chipped. They can be very dangerous to your wait staff that handles them as well as to your guests. They should be immediately pulled out of rotation so that you can prevent this type of accident from taking place.
Make sure you have plenty of dishes. It is going to be fabulous when your restaurant is packed. Yet you don't want food to be held up due to a shortage of plates to put the meals on. That can be extremely stressful as you will be rushing guests to finish their meals so you can serve other people. This is no way for you to go about handling your restaurant business.
You will definitely find plenty of price differences when it comes to dishes for your restaurant as well. Yet you will need to have the money to cover this necessity for your business.
