If possible visit the call center, although it may be very difficult and not economically feasible. You should also make sure that they are using state of the art technology so that no calls get dropped and you do not lose a potential customer.

    Without a good telemarketing call service center you do not have a customer base. You need a reliable, high-quality call center that will not only maintain your current customers but acquire new customers as well.
